IOT：Linking city, home, wearable products and vehicles
One of the connectivity technologies demostrated in PATEO Project N concept car is the LPWA, LoRaWAN and NB-IOT technologies, which enable it to cover a large city with less than 100 pieces of equipment. Platform projects developed by PATEO in cooperation with NXP, such as e-license, ETC, remote POS payment, in-car security and payment chip, provide seamless Internet communication and ensure payment security for PEVs and traditional cars.

One of the connectivity technologies demostrated in PATEO Project N concept car is the Mesh car-car communication technology. PATEO has developed V2V and V2X communication technologies since year 2012. And has created standards for many connected car communication technologies for national projects and for Shanghai. V2V technology enables cars to pass intersections at high speed even without traffic lights, send accident information to cars behind, and minimize the distance between cars on expressways (to within a matter of centimeters), thus greatly increasing transportation efficiency in the future.
Automatic wireless charging while on the road
One of the connectivity technologies demostrated in PATEO Project N concept car is the in-car wireless charging, autonomous driving automatic charging, and fast charging technologies, meaning users will not be bothered about PEV mileage endurance because when they get out of the car, it will drive automatically to a charging station nearby for wireless charging, and drive back to the users when they arrive at the pick-up location.

Photochromic glass and ventilation system
In hot summer weather, Project N concept car can keep the in-car temperature under 30 degrees centigrade by automatically dimming the window glass, enhancing UV reflection ability, while the temperature sensor and ventilation system provide a comfortable in-car environment for users.
Considering the serious pollution in China, Project N concept car offers wash-free paint technology which works like DuPont non-stick Teflon. As a result, dirty water and mud will fall off the car automatically, keeping it clean and saving water resources.
