PATEO PSIRT
The full name of PATEO PSIRT is the PATEO Product Security Incident Response Team. PATEO PSIRT is a dedicated team responsible for receiving, verifying, and disclosing security vulnerabilities related to PATEO products. It serves as the sole communication channel for handling all vulnerability information within PATEO. PATEO defines a vulnerability as a security issue in a product that can be exploited by attackers, potentially compromising the product’s integrity, availability, or confidentiality once exploited. A vulnerability is not the same as a quality defect: a quality defect can be triggered under certain conditions without attacker involvement, whereas a vulnerability must be exploited by an attacker to take effect. PATEO encourages security researchers, industry organizations, customers, and suppliers to proactively report any security vulnerabilities related to PATEO products to the PATEO PSIRT.
Given the sensitivity of vulnerability information, to ensure confidentiality, we strongly recommend encrypting your messages sent to psirt@pateo.com.cn using PGP (Pretty Good Privacy), and providing your PGP public key or a link to it.
Throughout the entire vulnerability handling process, PATEO PSIRT strictly controls the distribution of vulnerability information, sharing it only among personnel directly involved in the resolution. We also request that reporters keep this information confidential until our customers have received a complete solution.
