The World Internet of Things Ranking List (WIOTRL) was founded by the World Internet of Things Convention (WIOTC) and the World Internet of Things Foundation, with the aim of promoting the development of the global IoT industry and the construction of its network system, and encouraging global enterprises to transform, upgrade and innovate towards the IoT.

The selection took more than 7 months, first, the preliminary selection of more than 1,000 excellent IoT enterprises from more than 10,000 across the globe, then in combination with the comprehensive opinions of more than 40 experts, scholars, judges and jury president from over 10 countries and regions, the “2021 World IoT Ranking List Top 500” was finalized. PATEO has, for the second time in a row, entered the power ranking, up to 397th from 403rd place in 2020 when it appeared on the list for the first time. Other winners of this award are world-renowned IoT enterprises like Huawei, Xiaomi, Qualcomm, Bosch, Haier and IBM.

Ken, as one of the entrepreneurs in the global IoV industry who have achieved the best balance between art and technology, product and marketing, as well as taste and technology, has great influence in the automotive, Internet and other industries. As a leading figure in China's intelligent connectivity field, he founded PATEO CONNECT+ in 2009, being the first to propose the concept of “IoV” in the industry, and having enriched and defined its connotation with the practice, technology R&D, and standard formulation of his own enterprise.
