POI Call (Point of Interest Call / Butler Service)

Vehicle owner can contact the call center by clicking the "Point of Interest Call" feature, then the agent will send the location queried to his/her IVI navigation.

The “POI Call” feature can also provide butler service: Through the call center, the agent can provide news, weather, flights, city events and other related information by voice broadcasting.
