SAIC VOLKSWAGEN Operation Competence Center (OCC) is responsible for the end-to-end user experience of car owners when using the online services of SAIC VOLKSWAGEN, SAIC VOLKSWAGEN ŠKODA, and SAIC Audi mobile connected vehicles, and assists the user in solving problems encountered during vehicle use; at the same time, as a core support team of SAIC VOLKSWAGEN, relies on its solid technical strength and operation & maintenance (O&M) experience to coordinate all parties to ensure the normal and smooth operation of product front-end and back-end systems.
